Willy van der Griendt
Willy van der Griendt studied pedagogy, and after that singing at the Royal Conservatory in The Hague. At the Lee Strasberg Institute in New York, she was trained in acting according to Stanislavky's ‘method acting’. Back in the Netherlands, Van der Griendt played in a large number of plays, television series and movies. Her last role was that of Princess Armgard in the television series Bernhard, rascal of the House of Orange. She has always written a lot, both for herself (theatre, lyrics and her one woman shows) and for third parties. Lately she has devoted herself to writing about aspects of her life, in this case online dating. She writes columns about this subject for the weekly magazine Margriet. www.willyvandergriendt.n
